
JASON RABIN
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jason Rabin has served as the global Chief Executive Officer of Centric Brands LLC and a member of the Board of Directors since October 2018. He is responsible for driving the strategic direction and portfolio of the Company, overseeing the senior executive team, and championing Centric’s talent, culture, and values.
Before joining Centric Brands, Mr. Rabin was the President of North America for Global Brands Group from November 2015 to October 2018. He also held the role of Chief Merchandising Officer from 2014 to 2017, where he managed the Group’s global merchandising strategy and brand portfolio. Mr. Rabin’s prior experience includes serving as President of Li & Fung Group Asia Limited, where he led the company’s fashion and home distribution operations across Asia, and as President of Kids Headquarters, a children’s and young men’s apparel manufacturer, from 2003 to 2009.
Mr. Rabin holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He has been recognized with several leadership awards, including the Supplier Performance Award by Retail Category, the Ernie Awards, and the LIMA Licensing Excellence Award. Additionally, he received the Business Visionary Award from the Accessories Council. And holds board positions on multiple charitable organizations including Centric Cares, Delivering Good, and Ronald McDonald House.

ANURUP PRUTHI
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Anurup Pruthi has served as Chief Financial Officer of Centric Brands LLC since November 2018. In his role, he leads the company’s financial strategy, including long-term planning and scenario analysis, while ensuring the efficient financial management of Centric’s operations. Previously, Mr. Pruthi was the Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Retail Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, from June 2013 to October 2014. He holds both a B.A. and an M.A. in Finance from Bentley College.

JOE FAVUZZA
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER AND PRESIDENT,
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Joe Favuzza has been with Centric Brands LLC since October 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer and President of Business Development. He is responsible for overseeing business operations, corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, and executing the company’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Favuzza previously served as Executive Vice President at Global Brands Group from December 2011 to October 2018, and prior to that, he was Director of Transaction Services at PwC from 1995 to 2011. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School. Mr. Favuzza champions Centric Cares, the company’s philanthropic platform.

MIKE YERKES
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mike Yerkes joined Centric Brands LLC as Chief Operating Officer in January 2025, where he leads Supply Chain, Business Operations, Information Technology, ESG Compliance, and Facilities. His role centers on driving operational efficiency and innovation across Centric’s global platform. Prior to joining Centric, Mr. Yerkes served as Chief Operating Officer at Hot Topic, and held senior leadership roles at Billabong, Caleres, Gina Group, The Morét Group, and The Jones Group. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.

JARROD KAHN
GROUP PRESIDENT, ACCESSORIES
Jarrod Kahn has served as Group President of Accessories at Centric Brands LLC since October 2018. He leads the company’s diverse accessories portfolio, which includes bags, hosiery, fashion scarves, jewelry, cold weather accessories, Men’s and Women’s intimates, and small leather goods. Before his current role, Mr. Kahn was President of Accessories, Socks & Home at Global Brands Group from 2010 to 2018. He began his career at Cipriani Accessories, where he held various roles for nearly two decades, ultimately becoming CEO.
Mr. Kahn holds a B.S. in Communications from Northeastern University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has received several awards, including the Distinguished Leadership Award and the Sally L. Smith Founders Award.

ROB SMITH
PRESIDENT, KIDS DIVISION
Rob Smith is President of the Kids Division at Centric Brands, responsible for leading the Division across all global brands and categories. In this role, he drives growth, deepens consumer connection, and strengthens the company’s market leadership through innovation and operational excellence.
Mr. Smith brings over 35 years of leadership experience across the fashion, apparel, denim, and activewear industries, spanning men’s, women’s, and kids’ categories. Prior to joining Centric, he was the CEO and Founder of The Phluid Project, a purpose-driven brand rooted in fashion, community, and education, with products available in over 10,000 retail locations across North America. He has also served on the Board of Directors at Steve Madden, held the role of Chief Product Officer at Haddad Brands, and held senior leadership positions at Macy’s and Victoria’s Secret. Mr. Smith holds a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University. As former CEO and founder of Phluid (The Phluid Project, GET Phluid and The Phluid Phoundation), Mr. Smith helped lead positive social change through advocacy, community, and cultural awareness.

JANICE BROWN
PRESIDENT, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT LICENSING GROUP
Janice Brown has served as President of Sports & Entertainment Licensing at Centric Brands LLC since October 2018. She is responsible for overseeing the sports & entertainment properties, including sleepwear and beauty categories.
Prior to joining Centric Brands, Ms. Brown was President of Licensed Character Sleepwear & Beauty at Global Brands Group from 2016 to 2018. From 2001 to 2015, she held various senior leadership positions at Jones Apparel Group, culminating in her role as President of the Juniors/Girls Division of the Jones Jeanswear Group. Ms. Brown holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Albany, SUNY. Ms. Brown is an active supporter of Ronald McDonald House New York.

ANDREW BERG
PRESIDENT, LUXURY AND STREETWEAR
Andrew Berg is President of premium brands at Centric Brands, overseeing labels including Robert Graham, Avirex, Off White, Herve Leger, Game 7, and Saks Global Private Label initiatives. Since April 2016, he has driven innovation and growth in these contemporary brands, while developing direct-to-consumer capabilities and leading expansion efforts into Europe. Prior to Centric, he held senior roles at Theory, Rugby Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Gap Inc. Andrew holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and serves on the board of SCOPE, an organization that promotes education through summer camp opportunities.

KAREN COE
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Karen Coe has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Centric Brands LLC since October 2018. In this role, she oversees the Company’s global human resources strategy, driving employee performance and engagement while ensuring alignment with Centric’s business objectives. Passionate about cultivating a strong company culture, Ms. Coe leads initiatives to enhance the employee experience, focusing on leadership development, talent retention, and career growth opportunities. She also spearheads Centric’s award-winning internship program, showcasing the Company’s dedication to cultivating the next generation of industry talent. Before joining Centric, she held senior leadership roles at Global Brands Group, LF USA, Liz Claiborne, Dell Services and Macy’s. Ms. Coe holds a B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College.

MARC COMPAGNON
PRESIDENT, ASIA
Marc Compagnon has served as President of Centric Brands LLC, Asia, since March 2022. In this role, he leads the global sourcing strategy as well as all related infrastructure. Prior to Centric, Mr. Compagnon was a Senior Advisor at Fung Group and Group President/Executive Director at Li & Fung (Trading) Ltd from 2014 to 2019. He joined Li & Fung in 2000 following the acquisition of Colby International, where he was a partner and Chief Merchandising Officer for 17 years. Mr. Compagnon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. Mr. Compagnon leads the charitable efforts of Centric’s Asia Pacific offices through partnerships with Hands On Hong Kong and Clean Up Vietnam.

MARC GOLDFARB
GENERAL COUNSEL
Marc Goldfarb has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Centric Brands since August 2022. He leads the company’s global legal and compliance operations in addition to advising executive leadership on corporate affairs. Mr. Goldfarb was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he held General Counsel roles at Kids Brands, Inc. and FullBeauty Brands, and served as a partner at Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Mr. Goldfarb has served on the National Board of Directors of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (DRIF) since 2013 (and as Chairman of the DRIF National Audit Committee since 2014), on the DRIF Northeast Region Board of Directors since 2006, and was Co-Chairman of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee for the DRIF Northeast Region from 2012 – 2017.

BRENT UNGER
PRESIDENT, LIFESTYLE DIVISION
Brent Unger has served as the President of the Lifestyle Division at Centric Brands LLC since October 2023. In this role, he leads the Men’s and Women’s divisions for lifestyle brands for North America including Buffalo David Bitton, Izod, Caterpillar, Merrell, Loft, Ann Taylor and Airwalk. Previously, Mr. Unger served as Executive Vice President and Division Head at Centric Brands from November 2018 to October 2023.
Prior to joining Centric, he held senior leadership positions at Global Brands Group, Buffalo David Bitton, and Garmento, Inc. Mr. Unger leads the charitable efforts of Centric’s Canadian offices through partnerships with Moisson Montreal and Batshaw Youth Centre.
